This is my invitation to you, a member of our global community. My intention is very simple: I want to coach you for 8 weeks over the Summer.
I have a unique path to Recovery. It’s been working for me for 24 years, and I’ve been teaching it to people just like you all over the world. Now I’m offering my community members from all over the globe to join me in an intimate group — virtually, from wherever you are in the world — so that we can spend 2 months focusing on the Recovery 2.0 path to healing. Together, we’ll discover a sustainable, easy-to-follow and holistic approach to ditching the addiction story, breathing our way into sustainable inner-calm, and discovering a renewed sense of hope as you find freedom from the terrible dis-ease known as addiction.
We will work on our relationships with people, food and money. It is here where we struggle as Human Beings and so, it is here that we will work together to move beyond what blocks us from freedom and an extraordinary life.
If you or someone you love is struggling to move beyond addiction and truly THRIVE in recovery, please watch the entire video here above.
With Love & Gratitude,
Tommy Rosen Author of Recovery 2.0: Move Beyond Addiction and Upgrade Your Life
I’ve been sober now for 24 years, but it wasn’t always that way. I was a heroin addict, a crack addict. I hurt the people who loved me the most. I made a complete mess of my life.
I was trapped inside a dis-ease that claimed the lives of several of my closest friends. Thankfully, through grace and my own dedicated efforts to remain sober, I survived.
I got into a well-known treatment program called Hazelden that got me started on a path of sobriety. I attended 12 Step meetings and got a sponsor. I found recovery.
But I wasn’t thriving. Quite the contrary. I had to learn the hard way that one can recover from severe drug addiction and alcoholism, but still be living life in the Frequency of Addiction. For it was alive in me through at least the first 12 years of my recovery.
Many of the other seemingly less destructive addictions took hold in me. I was smoking cigarettes. I was gambling. I was stuck in painful, co-dependent relationships. I was doing everything I could to just get through it all, one day at a time.
My life’s mission and passion is to share this path to recovery. I call it Recovery 2.0.
If you were thinking that what I’m proposing as a solution — the Recovery 2.0 Group Coaching Program — won’t work for you, I ask you to suspend your disbelief and give this a try. I know for sure that if we keep doing what we’ve always done, we will keep getting what we’ve always gotten.
AMAZING, AMAZING! Thank you, Tommy for helping to crack open my heart and leading me to teachings and practices which are showing me the way to live with it kept wide open. - Laura B.
Tommy, Thank you so much for the good directions and suggestions. I am already benefitting beyond my wildest dreams. Something deep is moving. – Karen H.
I feel more connected and more helped by this group than any other I've been a part of. — Michael S.
Through his own journey into recovery and becoming a global yoga teacher, mentor, and guide, Tommy has made a tremendous contribution to all beings about the nature of addiction, the liberation through embodying the ground of our own being, and discovering the high of our own inner pharmacy. Highly recommended for all on the path to recovering our essential Self.”
— Shiva Rea, author of Tending the Heart Fire and founder of Prana Vinyasa Flow and the Global Mala Project
In addition to working the 12 Steps and finding a sponsor, I started practicing yoga and meditation. I cleaned up my diet. I took steps to actually heal my mind, my heart, and my body from the frequency of addiction. My relationships improved and I found true love.
And I healed at the deepest level. In fact, I began to THRIVE. Something I doubted would never be possible for someone like me.
That’s why I created Recovery 2.0… this healing is possible for you, too. The process that I’ve been through can be shared, and I can assure you: there is simply nothing out there like this coaching program.
Over the past 25 years I have studied addiction and the many approaches to recovery. I have presented and taught around the world. In my opinion there are 3 things needed to help a person move beyond addiction:
1) Teachers. We need them. They elevate us beyond our current struggles.
2) Transformational process. We need a process to go through which changes the way we think and see the world. The process must contain specific elements that include the body, mind and spirit.
3) Community. We need to support as we go through our process of transformation. The Recovery 2.0 Group Coaching Program brings these elements together in a powerful, accessible way so that you can move to the next place your heart is asking you to get to.
As the Recovery 2.0 movement has grown from an online conference about how to heal from addiction and really thrive in recovery, to the release of my first book, I have spoken with people from all over the world.
They all ask me one pivotal question:
My best answer for you is please join me for the first ever Recovery 2.0 Group Coaching Program! I created this course in response to the overwhelming number of times I get asked this question. I would be honored to walk with you on the path of healing from addiction, and thriving in recovery.
This is a hands on course that I have designed to guide you each week for 8 weeks. I will share with you the practical tools that will give you the support and energy you need to experience life through new eyes.
Plus, I will be with you by phone and live webcast video sessions twice a week for 8 weeks!
Please note: Please note: This course is NOT for people who are struggling in severe addiction. If you are still using substances and feel that you cannot stop, or you are trying to support someone who is stuck in acute addiction, please seek immediate medical help and treatment. Please download my complimentary Recovery Resources Guide here to learn what your next steps are.
Recovery 2.0 is a must for anyone who has either struggled with addiction or knows someone who has. Tommy has a perspective on recovery that is ahead of the curve.

• Overdose is the #1 cause of premature death in the United States today
• Too many relationships have been obliterated by alcoholism, drug abuse, gambling and other forms of addiction.
•Alcoholism and alcohol abuse are among the most common, disastrous, and costly problems in the world.
But it doesn’t have to be this way for anyone. We have an opportunity right now to move beyond addiction and upgrade our lives. I’m living proof that a life of thriving in recovery really is possible!
And since we realize how devastating this problem is, we want to make this coaching program as accessible as possible…for you AND someone you love.
We are offering you a place in this virtual, group coaching program. Do not hesitate. And please invite along your friends and family members who you believe can benefit as well.

Yes! All the modules will be accessible online and by phone.
All you need is Internet access.
The first coaching class begins July 9, 2015.

Yes! This is the most interactive Recovery 2.0 coaching and teaching that I’ve ever done in a virtual group format. Your voice will be heard, and you will likely find wisdom and support in the stories and triumphs of other program members as well.
Eventually, we will offer an official Recovery 2.0 coach certification and training course. This 8-week program — our Recovery 2.0 group coaching program — will be a prerequisite for our future coach certification course.
When you join the Recovery 2.0 Coaching Program you have lifetime access and will be able to return to the course again and again. Coursework is done at your pace. If you have time for distraction, addiction, stress, worry, and anxiety, what will you have when these things are gone? You will have more freedom, health and time to tend to the things that really matter.
Most people enjoy taking the course so much that it becomes an important priority in their life. It is liberating and joyous rather than difficult or stressful. Participants have found that it focused their energies in such a way that they had more time and felt more spaciousness in their lives than before the course began. Each week the course and the Recovery 2.0 community will support you in your process of growth.
Recovery 2.0 is a mission driven business whose goal is to help people move beyond addiction and upgrade their lives.
This coaching course is not “sponsorship”. We are not going through the 12 Steps (though we will review some concepts from within the 12 Steps). We are getting into lifestyle, family, money, relationships, yoga, meditation and we will be going through a process together which will lead us to a place beyond our current struggles. This is deep healing and a chance to move forward.
Many people in recovery feel that products and services that can help someone get beyond addiction should all be free. I am all for the 12 Steps being a free system. But I do not agree when it comes to the kind of work I’m offering here. When you do a class or workshop or retreat or training in yoga or any other discipline, you pay for those. As a student that is how we compensate a teacher for their time and efforts and that is also how we put our skin in the game.
I believe in being compensated for delivering value to people. That is mission-driven business.
$1197 is an unbelievably low price compared with the value this course offers (and if you’re registering during our special Early Bird period, it’s only $997!). Remember, most rehab centers are north of $30,000/month and Outpatient facilities are $10,000/month. I’m asking for less than $400/mo for 3 months of continuing education in the recovery and life arts.
I ask myself the following two questions when presented any transformation opportunity:
• How can I not afford this?
• How can I not afford the time?
I encourage you to make the time, find the money, and invest in yourself directly. This is what I can offer to you or anyone who says, “I’m in recovery, but I need help beyond the normal 12 Step work. I need something more.”
Recovery 2.0 recognizes the need for affordable recovery processes and is doing everything in its power to provide support to all who would seek it. This program is able to leverage the reach and tools of the Internet to facilitate a profound experience for participants. We will always seek to provide cutting-edge information, education and inspiration in ways that people can afford and access easily.
